ADOPTION PROCESS

Before 2nd Chance Dog Rescue places a dog in his/her furever home, the potential adopter is required to fill out an Adoption Consultation Application.  Once we have reviewed your application we will contact you to arrange a meet and greet and home check.  2nd Chance Dog Rescue will only adopt to families living in the Queen Creek, Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Tempe, San Tan Valley, and Phoenix area - as long as it is within 50 miles of our rescue (Queen Creek).

Sydney recently lost his human mom to cancer - our founder Diana Czarnecki's mother.  He is a beautiful 7 year old orange tabby, he is strictly an indoor cat and is used to a quiet and loving home.  Sydney is extremely loving and sweet, he loves to sit on the bathroom sink and be brushed. Sydney is neutered and up to date on vaccines, he is on special food due to having crystals and needs to remain on the food for the rest of his life. He is used to being the only cat and may be ok with a low energy, non-dominant dog. We are hoping to find him a home in the East Valley.  Please fill out an adoption application and we will get into contact with you.
